Description Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee daily workflow of shipping, receiving, and inventory functions ensuring accuracy, quality compliance, and timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for logistics operations, including hazardous material handling.
- Establish, monitor and manage metrics for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and transactional integrity.
- Train all current and new employees and maintain team training matrix.
- Review current work instructions, confirming effectiveness for ongoing training purposes.
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion.
- Monitor and manage time & attendance, performance, and productivity of all direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with import, export, ITAR rules and regulations and ability to adapt quickly with fluid changes
- Possess understanding of industry standards and ability to determine customer contract requirements for packaging and shipping.
- Ensure that program participant evaluations are submitted by mentors to meet on time and quality requirements.

Requirements Qualifications: - 3+ years prior leadership experience required.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Meticulous attention to detail required.
- Prior ERP experience preferred.
- Export compliance knowledge preferred.
- Prior aerospace manufacturing warehouse experience strongly desired.
- 5+ years of experience preferred in shipping, receiving or inventory control functions.
