We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to conceptualize and execute compelling visual solutions across digital and print channels. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, writers, and stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging, and innovative designs. You will take projects from ideation through execution while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly collaborative, and eager to contribute to a forward-thinking, inclusive, and supportive design environment that impacts a wide audience.

Accountabilities

· Conceptualize, design, and refine visual solutions for digital and print media, including email, web, social, event materials, and interactive displays.

· Present design concepts, storyboards, and stylescapes that communicate creative direction and rationale.

· Maintain and evolve brand standards, ensuring visual consistency and serving as a steward for internal design quality.

· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize design for digital engagement and user experience.

· Support the development of design systems, toolkits, and style guides to improve efficiency and scalability.

· Provide guidance, mentorship, and cross-training to peers, participating in design reviews and knowledge sharing.

· Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and accessibility standards to inform innovative solutions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Visual, or Human Interaction Design with emphasis on digital channels.

· Minimum 5 years of design experience in an agency or corporate marketing/communications environment.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, human-centered design, brand development, and digital user experience.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to convey design concepts clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.

· Preferred: experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, Jira, web or app design, e-commerce merchandising, Agile environment, web content management, and email/HTML graphics.
