An effective HR Generalist should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or employee relations roles, preferably with direct experience supporting a non-exempt workforce. This position collaborates closely with operational leaders and talent acquisition teams to facilitate hiring, onboarding, training, and various HR initiatives within the Global Supply Chain Network. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work culture aligned with URBN's core values.
