Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various tasks efficiently. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Manage project scheduling and allocate resources effectively.
Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and Primavera for project tracking.
Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Assist in budgeting processes and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project.
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in construction projects.
Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Primavera).
Experience with pipeline construction is preferred.
Ability to perform quality control checks using tools such as an ohmmeter.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
