Full-Time or Split-Shift Nanny – South Kingstown, RI
3 Boys – Ages 4, 6, and 8 | Start Date: End of August 2025

A warm, active family in South Kingstown, RI is seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized nanny to care for their three boys (ages 4, 6, and 8). The family is offering two scheduling options:

• Split Shift: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM followed by 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM  (same person)
• rs) Full Day:  7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with household tasks in between childcare hours)

This is a long-term, live-out position for someone who can balance fun and warmth with structure and boundaries.

Schedule Details:

• Morning: Help get children ready for the day. The two older boys catch the school bus at 8:12 AM (bus stop at the end of the street). The youngest needs to be driven to daycare (12 minutes away) by 9:00 AM.
• Afternoon: Pick up youngest from daycare at 1:30 PM, supervise until older siblings return from school at 3:40 PM.
• Fridays: Youngest child will be home all day.
• Household Tasks (Full-Day Option): Family laundry, tidying kitchen, light housekeeping, occasional grocery shopping and errands.

Family & Home:

• Mom works a hybrid schedule.
• Home has plenty of parking.
• Housekeeper comes weekly.
• Two friendly dogs (Border Collie and English Lab).
• No special needs or food allergies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$28/hour, depending on experience.
• Family car provided for work-related driving (nanny will be added to insurance).
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior referenceable and verifiable nanny experience
• Reliable, proactive, and organized.
• Sets healthy boundaries while being warm and engaging.
• Comfortable with pets.
• Looking for a long-term position.
• Safe driving record and valid driver’s license required.
