Location: This role can be filled in a number of global locations, or on a fully remote basis.

Skill in performing root cause analysis to identify problems and solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Able to manage multiple priorities
Effective verbal and written communication
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Support TWR’s IT strategy to align with TWR’s vision and goals as determined by the Director of IT.
Participate in operations and projects at the on-premise data center, wide area network, cloud tools, and virtualized server platforms so that TWR’s IT infrastructure is optimized, stable, patched and running on current technologies.
Collaborate with Global IT staff in area(s) of expertise to design, provision, and support TWR IT infrastructure.
Serve on rotating schedule to resolve end-user IT helpdesk issues.
Desirable Qualifications:
Proficient in understanding of general IT concepts such as networking, collaboration, virtualization, security principles, directory services, cloud, compliance, etc.
Proficient with network and Internet protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, etc.
Proficient in layered network security implementation and monitoring
Familiar with virtualization technologies
Experience in troubleshooting end user computer issues
Familiar with storage technologies
Familiar managing and programming network equipment
Experience using Docker
