Position Title: General Labor Company Name: LMA Striping Pay Range: $16-$18+ per hour, depending on experience Industry: Commercial Civil Construction / Utilities / Sitework Location: Pass Christian, MS Job Overview LMA Striping is hiring a reliable and hard-working General Laborer to support our Field Operations team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who can perform physical labor, follow directions, and bring a positive attitude to the job every day. You'll assist with site preparation, equipment handling, clean-up, and various support tasks that keep our commercial striping and construction projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites Assist in setup and cleanup of work areas Operate basic tools and follow safety procedures Support striping crew and site leaders as needed Follow direction and work closely with foremen and skilled tradespeople Perform physical labor in all weather conditions Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or general labor preferred Must be willing and able to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time Valid driver's license required Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for long periods Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Benefits Weekly pay cycle Lodging provided for travel projects Year-end bonus opportunity Overtime available Growth potential with a growing company Schedule ~ Full-time ~10-hour shifts, with day, night, and weekend work as needed ~ Travel required up to 3 weeks per project Location: ~ Transportation provided from office to various commercial job sites Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
