Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a focused and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data in our internal systems to ensure accurate and timely records of customer information, service history, and operational documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system
  • Review, organize, and file digital and physical records
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate and maintain reports for internal use
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
  • Perform general clerical duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles preferred
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus and efficiency
  • Familiarity with HVAC or service industry software is a plus
